At Sraja, we take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before dispatch. Therefore, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Order Confirmation
All orders are considered final once the 7% advance payment has been made through our website. The remaining payment and delivery process will proceed as per the agreed terms with our sales team.
3. Exceptions
A refund or cancellation will only be processed if:
- The order is cancelled by Sraja due to stock unavailability or other operational reasons.
