  • Orders will only be confirmed once the initial 7% advance payment is successfully processed.

  • Upon receiving your online payment, our sales team will contact you to confirm your order details and arrange for the remaining payment and delivery schedule.
  • Sraja reserves the right to cancel any order if the remaining payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on product type, location, and completion of full payment.

  • Partial payments (7%) are non-refundable once an order has been processed, unless the order is cancelled by Sraja.
